I find that after I have completed a rather big job that may have included a lot of scratch-building or super-detailing, I tend to build a simple model straight from the box. This is one such kit.

After construction the kit was painted with various shades of grey and Humbrol 'buff' used around the front windows.

The impulse engine 'thingies' on the side of the nacelles were painted silver then coated with Tamiya 'Transparent Blue' to try to give it a glowing type of effect. (It didn't work!)
